Venue
The conference will take place at The Hong Kong
Polytechnic University. The university is located in Hung
Hom, closed to the Hong Kong's famous Victoria Harbour.

Presentation Papers
The deadline for submission of all proposed paper presentations
for inclusion in the selection process is 20th December, 2004. A
panel of referees will thereafter review and select. (see Call
for Papers)

Registration
There are different types of registration: early bird registration and standard registration.

Language
The official conference language is English.
Social Activities
On the 14th June, participants can choose to have a boat trip to Lamma Island with Dinner at Rainbow Seafood Restaurant,
or
to have a tour to the Peak with Dinner at Hong Kong Quan Jude Roast Duck Restaurant.

Climate
In June 2004, the mean temperature at Hong Kong is around 28 degree Celsius. The weather tends to be hot with high humidity and some isolated showers.

Standard time in Hong Kong is 8 hours ahead of GMT.

Hong Kong has its own currency, the Hong Kong dollar (HK$), which is linked to the US dollar, and trades at around HK$7.8 to US$1.
