Alumni Reunion Dinner for 20th Anniversary Graduates

Record-breaking may be the best word to describe the third PolyU Alumni Reunion Dinner held on 7 December 2001. This first-ever on-campus reunion dinner has attracted a record-high number of graduates (400) and is the first time that pre-dinner campus tours are arranged for participants.

During the dinner, commemorative medals were presented to alumni who have graduated for 20 years or more. A new programme section "The Way We Were", in which seven alumni were invited to share with the participants their school life stories, received very good response.

According to participants' feedback, most of them prefer to have reunion dinner held on PolyU campus, as it gives them a good opportunity to come back to their alma mater to refresh their memories of the good old days and to witness the latest development of PolyU.
