Date:  8 July (Wednesday) Time: 6:30pm – 8:00pm (A casual talk with the following topic will start at round 7:15pm) Venue:  Room M1502, 15/F Li Ka Shing Tower, PolyU campus Host: Federation of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University Alumni Association (FHKPUAA) Topic: CHEER UP Yourself! Speaker: Ms Simmy Li, Training Officer, Suicide Prevention Services [Ms Li will introduce the work of Suicide Prevention Services, and talk about "One-second technique to stress management" and some exercises that would help release pressure.]

This monthly gathering aims to provide all graduates a casual and relaxing environment after work, so that you can return to PolyU to share views/experience or simply to have a chat with one another over a drink.  Please kindly note that:

         * This gathering is NOT restricted to any particular discipline as everybody is welcome
            to share and get acquainted with participants from different fields and professions.
            All graduates of PolyU/ HK Polytechnic/ HK Technical College/ Government Trade
            School are cordially invited to join;
          * You can choose to come at whatever time after 6:30 pm and stay as long as you can,
             and may even group together for dinner afterwards; and
          * You can also bring your friends along to share the relaxing atmosphere and the fun
             of networking.

You will receive a stamp card for your first participation. For each participation, you will get a stamp. Accumulating 5 stamps, you can redeem a special gift!
