The 5th Hong Kong Winter School (2007) developed by The Hong Kong Polytechnic University's School of Hotel & Tourism Management, jointly with the Hong Kong Hotels Association, is an executive training programme dedicated to senior hotel management. The hotel industry faces many challenges, notably, stiff competition, increasing costs and labour shortages. The Hong Kong Winter School will offer three in-depth workshops each covering two full days. The workshops will be leading-edge, practical and applied. You can choose to take one, two or three workshops.The three workshops are:

Registration fee for each workshop is US$650. Discount for registration of all three workshops is offered. Additional discount is offered to members of the Hong Kong Hotels Association and for registration by 15 December 2006.
